About the Role:
At InterviewDesk, we are looking for a creative Visual Designer to shape and execute the visual identity of our brand. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective design solutions that enhance our brand image and drive engagement. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will be instrumental in bringing our marketing campaigns to life.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and on-brand visuals for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, social media posters, social media ads, emails, presentations, etc.
- Design eye-catching websites, landing pages to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Design visually striking graphics for social media platforms to drive user interaction and increase brand awareness.
- Create custom illustrations and infographics to convey complex information in a visually appealing and easily digestible manner.
- Collaborate with the content team to design engaging video graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing videos and presentations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of our brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Visual Designer, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with video and animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Figma is plus.
- A portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout and familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in staying updated with design and marketing trends.
