We are seeking a BCBA to join our team and assist our patients in identifying and correcting harmful behaviors in their lives.
Meeting with families and doctors to discuss a patient’s treatment, meeting with patients to monitor their behaviors, and taking thorough notes throughout sessions to support patients are all BCBA tasks.

- Create simulated situations in which you will watch each client’s behavior. Develop a suitable treatment plan that is sensitive to the cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs of the clients.
- As needed, administer treatment and modify interventions.
- As needed, recommend additional treatment from other doctors.
- Work under the limits of time, money, and other resources.
- Keep up with changes in research on evidence-based approaches.
- Promote the inclusion of people with disorders and disabilities in society.
Qualifications and Abilities
- Work experience as a BCBA or a similar function is required, as is knowledge of acceptable referral procedures.
