- Analyze User Engagement: Monitor metrics such as click-through and bounce rates to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Report on Web Traffic: Provide detailed reports on web traffic generated from social media platforms.
- Support SEO Strategies: Contribute to SEO initiatives by optimizing keywords in content marketing projects.
- Audience Insights: Identify the habits and preferences of our online customers and suggest strategies to reach a broader audience.
- Cohesive Strategy: Maintain a unified social media strategy across all platforms to enhance brand awareness.
- Campaign Coordination: Work with the Social Media Manager and Marketing department to design and execute advertising campaigns.
- Customer Interaction: Ensure timely responses to queries and comments from customers and followers.
- Employee Guidance: Advise colleagues on their social media activities, including how to handle comments and what content to share.
- Research Trends: Stay updated on emerging social networks and features that could benefit our company.
- Policy Updates: Update the company’s social media policy as needed.
